When you request a preview, we collect your name, business name, current website, email address and, if you provide it, phone number. We also keep the request’s time and status, relevant business records and correspondence with you.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and security signals to deliver the website and prevent misuse. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your request.

How and why we use it

We use your information to assess your request, review your business website, manage the enquiry and contact you about your requested preview and any next steps you choose to discuss. We also use necessary technical information to keep the service secure.

Where you are a prospective customer, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Where you contact us on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We also rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website against spam and abuse, taking account of your rights and reasonable expectations.

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell your personal information or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you through automated processing.

Service providers and security

We use service providers for website hosting, secure record storage, email and abuse prevention. These include Railway, Supabase, AgentMail and Cloudflare. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised operators and the providers needed to run the service. The website uses HTTPS, and operational records have access controls.

Some service providers operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Any such processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Contact us for more information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.

Security checks and cookies

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information for this check under its Turnstile privacy addendum. If the check doesn’t work for you, you can email us instead.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing analytics or session recordings on this public website. Essential hosting and security technologies may still process technical information.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the request, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and whether it leads to further work.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to access your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive or transfer certain information in a portable format.
