The founding offer is for five eligible businesses. Existing customers keep their agreed terms; the founding trial and cancellation policy do not change earlier agreements.

About your preview

Why did you build a website for my business?

My platform looks for established small businesses with existing websites it believes could be substantially improved. It uses available business information to create a preview before I contact the business.

It’s an automated selection process I’ve built, not a claim that I personally discovered and hand-designed every website. The reason for contacting you is straightforward: I’d like you to see the result and decide whether the managed service would be useful.

What information have you used?

The platform uses content and images from your existing website, together with available public business information. That can include Google business listings and customer reviews.

For those interested in the technical process, DataForSEO supplies business-listing data, and Firecrawl helps collect website content and desktop/mobile screenshots. AI assesses the improvement opportunity and uses the collected research to create the new version.

Public information can be incomplete or out of date. Your portal is the place to tell me what needs correcting. More detail about how business and contact information is handled is in the privacy notice.

Has my current website been changed?

No. The preview is a separate website hosted by Site Rebuilt. Your existing site is not replaced unless you choose to use the service and authorise connecting your domain.

Is the website really built using AI?

Yes. AI and automation handle much of the research and website creation. That’s how I can show you a finished preview without asking for an upfront design payment.

The platform still applies checks to the generated website, and I’m responsible for the service. For the founding customers, updates and support are handled personally by me.

What if something in the preview is wrong?

Tell me through your customer portal after registering. You can explain what needs changing and supply photographs, wording or other information.

The initial preview is a starting point, not a claim that AI understands your business better than you do. Essential details should be corrected before launch.

The founding offer

When do the 60 free days start?

When your website actually goes live on your business domain. Receiving a preview or registering for the portal does not start the clock.

What happens after the free period?

Before it ends, I’ll ask whether you’d like to continue at £29/month. You must actively choose the paid service; the trial does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.

If you decide not to continue, there’s nothing to pay for the trial. The website goes offline when the 60 days end and is archived for six months.

Why only five founding customers?

I want to learn from a manageable group while I personally handle updates and support. The offer is for five genuine customer places, not five generated previews or five people clicking an email.

Once those places are taken, I’ll reassess the next offer using what we’ve learned from those first customers.

Why is the service £29/month?

Automation reduces the work and cost involved in creating the initial website. The monthly fee covers providing it as a live managed service: hosting, technical maintenance, supported enquiries, routine changes and support.

The founding rate gives early customers an affordable way to use the service while helping me understand what they need. It doesn’t mean I can promise every kind of website or unlimited custom development at that price.

Changes, support and scope

Which updates are included?

Up to two grouped routine change requests per month. One request can contain several small edits, such as changing your hours, replacing photographs and updating a service description.

Reasonable adjustments to existing sections are included. A straightforward additional page may also fit when it’s a small extension of the existing site. Complete redesigns, large migrations and new functionality are outside normal upkeep and would be discussed separately.

Platform faults and corrections to mistakes introduced by Site Rebuilt do not use your update allowance.

How quickly will changes be made?

For routine changes, I aim to acknowledge the request within two working days and complete straightforward updates within five working days once I have the information needed.

A fault that stops the website or an important function working takes priority. I aim to resolve urgent faults the same day wherever possible, but some fixes take longer. I’ll keep you informed rather than promise a deadline I can’t meet.

Can I edit the website myself?

Today, you describe the changes and upload files through your portal, and I make the updates. You don’t need to use a page builder.

I’m developing automated editing tools, but they are not the current customer experience. The founding customers’ requests and feedback will help shape them.

Will this replace my booking system, online shop or customer accounts?

Not automatically. The current service is aimed at straightforward business websites with pages about the business, its services and supported enquiry forms.

A booking system, online shop, customer login or other specialist function needs to be considered separately. A good-looking preview is not a promise that every function of an existing site has been recreated. We’ll establish what needs to stay in place before switching your domain.

Do you include my domain and business email?

Website hosting is included. You keep control of your domain and continue paying its registrar. Business email hosting and paid third-party services are separate.

Connecting your website does not mean transferring ownership of your domain to Site Rebuilt. You’ll need access to the domain account, or help from the person who manages it.

Will a new website guarantee more enquiries?

No. A clearer, more usable website can present your business better, but a redesign does not guarantee visitors, enquiries or sales.

Advertising, ongoing marketing campaigns and guaranteed search rankings are not included in this managed website plan.

Ownership and leaving

Do I own the website?

Site Rebuilt is a managed subscription service. The plan gives you use of the website while the service is active; it is not an outright purchase of the design, software or source code, and a transferable hosting package is not included.

Your domain and materials you own remain yours. You can request your own supplied content and enquiry data when leaving. That is separate from transferring the Site Rebuilt website itself.

What happens if I cancel after becoming a paying customer?

Your website stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for, followed by a 30-day grace period.

After that, it goes offline and is securely archived for six months. You can ask to reactivate during that time without starting the website again from scratch. After six months offline, the archived website is scheduled for permanent deletion.

I’ll send a reminder before it goes offline and before its scheduled deletion. The free trial ends after its 60 days if you don’t choose to subscribe; it does not receive an additional 30 free days.

Getting started

How do I claim my website and log in?

Verify access to the business email address collected from your existing website. Email verification is used at signup and when you log in.

Access to that mailbox is how the platform connects you to the preview. You must also be authorised to act for the business and approve any changes to its domain.

Can I request a rebuild without receiving an email from you?

Yes, provided your business already has a website. Submit its address through the request form. We’ll assess the available information first; submitting a request does not guarantee a rebuild or reserve a founding-customer place.

What if I don’t have a website?

From-scratch websites are not available yet. Join the new-website waitlist and I’ll notify you when that service becomes available. No launch date is promised at this stage.

Something else on your mind? Ask me, or request a rebuild.
